Rehnquist's death comes at a bad time, when American has lost trust and faith in the rightwing which is now still in power despite enormous unpopularity. (Bush's approval ratings are the lowest since Nixon during Watergate).

All Americans should now fight to make sure we have a fair and balanced Supreme Court. I'm sure moderate Republicans will use this opportunity to finally flex their muscles. Nobody should fear Bushies anymore. They are discredited and on their way out the door. Some of them directly into prison.
