Well, ..... As far as biotech/drug co.'s, I'm not real adventurous right now. I'm thinking Eli Lilly, Abbot Labs, even Johnson & Johnson (despite the relatively high price now). Amgen still sounds okay, and generic drug producer Mylan Labs is pretty beat up now - if earnings return on track, MYL definitely has promise. If you want to gamble, Genta (GNTA) sounds like fun, with the downside not being their R&D, but rather cash flow concerns that may result in possible delisting from the main NASDAQ board. Out of the industry, I'm hot on Labor Ready and Scientific Measurement Systems (SCMS) has much promise. Spyglass is looking good right now, as sales AND EPS are both going gangbusters, with each earnings report justifying the PE; once again, the stock is pretty beat down, and upside appears there. Anyway, food for thought? Thanks, Khris |
