Since were talking personal here, I just bought a Zip today! I spent the last hour trying to install the bugger- and I'm beyond computer literate. I own a Dell, and it keeps hanging up on me when I try to install the software. Something to do with the adapters. I've tried everything short of opening my machine and changing jumper switches-which they recommend. I don't have the time and I'm not going through with that BS! In three hours this sucker is going back! On Tuesday, I'll short the Co. If I can't install a Zip without mega effort, I'm sure there are thousands in the same vote. I'm sure their going to say "Take it back!" - Dave
