Thanks Bill But... This does not answer my questions. They I am guessing bought the Midland Shell. Is this true or not. I am not sure I understand want has taken place.

Or is this deal the one Pierce made on a different shell he owned?

Thanks in advance for clearing this up for me and perhaps others as well.
