GourmetMarket.com (OTC: BB: WINE) - www.gourmetmarket.com - the leading online culinary marketplace for premium food, wine and cookware, has signed an Internet content distribution agreement with InfoSpace.com (NASDAQ: INSP), a leading Internet infrastructure company providing private label solutions for content, community and commerce. Under this agreement, GourmetMarket.com will extend its reach through InfoSpace.com's affiliate network, consisting of more than 1,800 Web sites.

GourmetMarket.com's alliance with InfoSpace.com, is expected to be implemented within the next few months. Under the agreement, InfoSpace.com will integrate GourmetMarket.com's culinary media content into its private label content services. This will provide distribution of GourmetMarket.com content to the users of InfoSpace.com's more than 1,800 affiliated Web sites, including AOL, MSN and Lycos. In addition, GourmetMarket.com will be featured in InfoSpace.com's Active Shopper private label shopping service.
