It is even more interesting when you look closer at the business plan of OWNit, which is quite unique!

OWNit is building a network of A+ celebrities websites(such as Melanie Grffith, Olivia Newton John) who will promote besides themselves three categories of products: Cosmetics, Motivitional Programs, Health&Fitness.

It will work basically this way:

When you call up your favorite celeb's website on the net, you will get all the biography and gossip about them.
Besides this, they will recommend (promote) one company of each of the three categories such as biozhem for cosmaceuticals.

Under biozhem OWNit will promote all different cosmetic products in the future.

With other words: the celebrities will function as an initial portal to three subportals which will enable the consumer to purchase directly products which are used and recommended by their favorite celebrities.

OWNit will be compensated by biozhem on a non-cash basis.

The letter of intent provides a formula which grants OWNit warrants to purchase shares of biozhem at certain strike price.

These strike prices are set the way, that they will let OWNit profit on biozhem's stock price performance.
That means for biozhem that their own profitability will not be affected by any cash distributions for commissions, royalties etc.

It means also that OWNit will have a vital interest in the share price development of biozhem.

To me this business plan has a lot potential because it is an entire new concept of promoting, marketing and merchandising cosmetics on the internet.

What would be extremely helpful for the stock price of biozhem at this stage would be to find a way how to convey this new approach of e-commerce to a wider audience of investors.

biozhem has right now no man power to do this.

And BTW, OWNit is not a publicly traded company right now.
That means in essence the only way to participate in the future growth and success of this concept is by buying shares of biozhem!!!!
