LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 15, 1999--E-Pub (Holdings)
Limited (RIC:EPUB.VI), a leading entertainment company that produces online game shows, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter of 1998.

For the three-month period ended 31 December 1998, total income was $815,000. For the same period, the Company reported a loss of $1,961,000, excluding non-operating gains. This compares to income of
$225,000 and with a reported loss of $438,000 for the same period a year ago. Total income for the year was $1.8 million compared with
$440,000 for 1997.

"UPROAR reached important milestones during Q4," reported Michael Simon, Chief Executive Officer. "We signed the 1,000,000th registered user, the 15,000th syndication partner, and broke into the top 25 Web
properties for the first time." According to NetRatings,Inc., a provider of online marketing intelligence, UPROAR's audience was
rated in the top 25 among Web properties for two weeks in December 1998.

The Company reported significant corporate developments for the quarter. The German-language version of UPROAR, www.UPROAR.DE, produced in co-operation with Bertelsmann Infoline GmbH launched on December 3, 1998. The company signed an initial agreement with Cable and Wireless Communications Ltd. to produce games for CWC's interactive digital cable television service, which will launch in the UK in 1999. In addition, the company reached an agreement with Pearson Television Ltd. to develop online versions of Pearson's television Family Feud, Match Game, and 100% game show formats. Both the CWC and Pearson deals were completed in early January and will go into effect in the latter part of 1999.
