After getting cut in half, this stock has begun to make a nice move off its bottom.

The company's sales and earnings have been hit hard by the decline in telecommunications and computers. More than likely, there was an inventory component to the severity of the decline as the company moved from sold out earlier this year to cutting production at the end of the year.

While picking a bottom in these high tech industries is difficult, they will likely resume their growth in the future. Brush is a good way to play the high tech expansion without having to pick a particular industry or company. As demands in electronics place strains on plain copper components, alloys containing beryllium should continue to receive attention.

In my opinion, the stock is undervalued in this area. (currently $12.60)
