Hi Mike, sorry for not responding earlier. I don't read my messages here daily but weekly. Its easier to talk to me over my regular email address. I thought you and I have something in common -- looking for undervalued tech stocks to invest, rathan than chasing the newest and hottest thing Re PNRL, I am concerned about the fact that the remaining company will have to compete with BAY and CSCO alike for remote access .... not a biz for smaller players who don't have the marketing powerness .However, $3 is not a big premium to pay for the remaining biz considering their other assets may turn into some value also well. The way I see it, you paying something that is worth $13 in case of liquidation ....Anything good happen would help the stock go higher ... The stock, however, is not one of my top picks right now ... (dead for a while ...). I am curious to find out if you think Madge is a buy here; as well as the perceived perpectual loser Banyan and their directory technology...... Cheers. from wham@mindlink.bc.ca
