401 k - give myself some major props for this move - but only b/c I just lambasted myself for DESC move! <vbg>

Anyway current thinking is that if we see the 10,600 area anytime soon, I will re-allocate. With the summer practically upon us, the mkt should move sideways to lower as we get close to September.
