613, Albert Malvino is a very successful writer of electonics textbooks. You can check amazon.com He is probably the wealthiest officer on REFR board and can afford to buy stock regularly. Also, long before he joined the REFR board Malvino was a consistent champion of spd technology and was influential in familiarizing a lot of people with the company. His regular buying of stock may be his way of signaling his continued optimism in the company. JMO.
