Certainly the high turnout really shows the passion and polarization in the US right now. Man, I don't know how you guys can throw any parties down there these days without checking political affiliations first. It strikes me that mixed gatherings of Dems and Reps seem destined to erupt in fisticuffs. Perhaps that's overstating it a bit, but I suspect not by much.
