Unified cloud communications (UCC) solutions provider Voxoxhas added international extensions, toll-free phone numbers and other new features to its Cloud Phonevirtual PBX service. Voxox said the Cloud Phone updates take the web-based telephony service's functionality "beyond sophisticated call routing and a dedicated business phone number" for small businesses. "We often see entrepreneurs using a personal cell phone number for business communication, which is often not ideal when you're trying to build a strong business image," Voxox CEO Bryan Hertz said in a prepared statement. "As this latest release demonstrates, we are fully committed to Cloud Phone's ongoing, continuous evolution."
