I do watch the 200 day average along with many other indicators
and technical analysis tools. Which do you use? My RSI just turned
up to 39.5 from 26.8 (prior lowest RSI was in Feb '95). Also, from
the chart, notice the low trend line, which VTSS failed to drop
through this last week. These are technical indicators, no?
Considering that and the fact average trading volume has increased
for the year, profits and sales are increasing, and they have new
products coming out that are right in line with demand tech now,
I say they will do good for some time to come. I will maintain
a long position for now and re-evaluate 1Q'96.
All these technical indicators mean very little, it's just a game
we play, so don't base your decisions on my interpretations. I just
like to discuss them with others. I do expect a sell-off this week,
and, well, VTSS may get sold off too. Maybe I'll buy more!
