An educated guess: it's owned by a few technology mutual funds. It's so thinly traded that it doesn't take much to move it. I noticed in July that the average person doesn't buy or sell individual stocks, they buy or sell the whole mutual fund so the manager has to sell everything in the portfolio, good or bad, when the selloffs happen. When the dust settles on this latest technology sell-off we'll probably find some incredible bargains because of this trend. I'm sitting with a lot of cash waiting to pick up the babies thrown out with the bathwater. If you learn something different please post. B
