Cisco,I respect your opinion and I certainly understand your frustration having been involved in microcap investing for about 30 years, However, having first hand knowledge of this company and a very substantial investment I think you're jumping ship just before you'd really start to reap some major rewards. As you may know, whenever a reverse merger takes place an audit can be tedious as the buyers often discover obstacles that delay the audit. Such was the case with DTOX but,I do believe that everything was filed and the time is rapidly approaching when we'll see some very positive news. Don't despair regarding the money as they have adequate funds to handle current payables and they are very close to being cash flow positive. Additional funding, if required, will not be a problem as we and other money sources are committed to this situation. The earnings leverage for this company is huge. As you may have read this past week heroin addiction has past cocaine addiction and their 1 day ultra rapid opiate detoxification process is an affordable and painless alternative to the nightmare of kicking the habit cold turkey. The procedure only costs about $7,000 including post withdrawal follow up. The profile of the average user surprisingly, is such that it's certainly affordable. Third party payers will eventually co-pay for this procedure as they review their cost-benefit analysis. Having done our DD we determined that their patent position is secure and defendable and we do not anticipate counter claims. A major hospital chain is very interested in their procedure and I would expect that we'll start to see new hospitals come on board very soon. I also expect to see some national press shortly. I wouldn't be surprised to see a major network TV show do a segment concerning DTOX. You mentioned a P&D. That would be nice considering the amount of stock we own, however, it's not something we are counting on. We feel that as business events develop this could easily be a $10 plus stock and with the right sponsorship considerably higher than that.
