Mr. Gvander, I too, find your post very interesting. I would also like to know more about you to help understand your intentions. I have done some reading and basically came up with the same information others have since posted. I learned through other channels, however, that some ongoing litigation, which does not seem to be a major concern for the company at this point, can be affected by the stock's performance.

I was told that the plaintiff's basis for the suit will be, for the most part, nullified if the company succeeds with its battery production and its stock rises above a certain level. In that event, plaintiffs would have wasted their time and attorneys would be out their portion of any awards.

I am aware that you have already excused yourself from responing, but I would also like to know if you joined Silicon Investor and posted your message out of genuine concern for readers of this thread or do you have another agenda?
