While I am not a shareholder I would suggest the following:

That you poll for interested shareholders who would be interested in applying pressure to the three directors. IMO the pressure should be applied in a very "to the point" letter to each of them advising them of the shareholder's responsibility. A copy to IPJ might apply some pressure on them also. If one of the shareholders could get the advice of an attorney regarding the responsibility of these three and then register the letter to them. If they are negligent in the filings they could IMO be in some hot water. Particularly in that the company is operating in the Mongolian placer strike. Where are the funds coming and going to perform this placer mining?
