Phil,
While it is agreed that SIII is a high risk investment, I think you're off base when you ridicule the usefulness of TA, or the observations of options related manipulation.
The drop on Friday fit the manipulation ideas presented by Rajesh so perfectly, that even a sceptic needs to question the move.
I saw the move for what it was, exercised my in the money calls, and am profiting from the understanding.
A little more chart reading and understanding of short positions tells me that a move above 20 will spark a surge of buy volume. There is a fair amount of overhead resistence there, however, as shareholders such as yourself are looking to take that profit while it's there (a nice percentage trade I might add <g>). I'll be selling my stock, but holding my options for a hopeful push to that short covering target.
