(Q.MVT), a dynamic random access memory chip maker, are surging amid rising DRAM prices Wednesday. The industry's good earnings outlook for the year 2000 also is attracting investors, analysts said. At 0150 GMT (8:50 p.m. EST Tuesday), Mosel rose NT$3.50 (US$1=NT$30.739) to NT$60 on volume of 42.2 million shares.
