I got booted for adding too many friends. I was booted Feb 20 2010. I sent in 3 emails to find out if I can get my account back. 1 month ago I received an automated email from Facebook, where I had to tell them the reason I think I was booted. Apparently their computers booted me, not an admin.
So I wait.
I tried calling, but the recording said "We are an Internet company, and you had to contact them by email." Something to that effect.
I thought Acronis had bad support, seven weeks to respond to an email, Facebook takes the cake. There are a pile of reasons you get booted from Facebook. I would estimate that there are close to a million people booted at any given time.
If it's not privacy, it's their goofy rules. Send too many messages, get booted, send too many videos, get booted, add too many friends too fast get booted, and I would guess that the list goes on and on.
Since getting the boot, I have accomplished a lot of stuff. If I don't get my account back, so be it.
They need some stiff competition, when you are the big kid on the block you can get away with all sorts of things.
