Bills, I believe that you have completely missed the big picture (can't see the forest for the trees).

Because of the way that industry committees generally work, they would not have held a meeting last week if there was no chance of the Miller graphite being selected as the reference standard (i.e. "iffy" or poor test results).
Now add in the invitations to serve on the subcommittee.
The probability is very high that Miller graphite will be named as the reference standard.

Now compare that situation to the number of "best in class" awards achieved by the other project, whose CEO has yet to risk any of his own money at the bargoon price of 60 cents per share (approximately half of what retail PP subscribers paid 5 months ago).

Some of the zennanites are so blinded by their dislike of chief that they always have to take the opposite viewpoint, even when there are zero facts to support their position.
One stock up 40% YTD, the other one down 40% YTD, the market definitely has an opinion on the better project.
