MSHE ... there is a buyout offer from a company called Pluto in Australia for $1.75 cash for 51% of the stock. Bob Maerz (of MSHE) countered with an offer for a higher price and less shares. Surprised it hasn't gone up more. Guess everyone is sitting back and waiting to see what happens. I bought into this over a year ago at over $2 and have since averaged down, but still above current prices. Did add more last week at .60. Even without the offer, the company is heading in the right direction. IN addition to its tv cartoon programming, has toys, interest in the record interest, and has an association for one of its products (Jethro) with Intel, who holds warrants in the company.
