Andrew, I was using the login for new servers
however, I noticed on the email confirmation they write:

Order entered at 9:31:15
Order processing began at 9:34:15
Order executed at 9:34:26

my second order confirmation reads:

Order entered at 9:54:02
Order processing began at 9:55:03
Order executed at 9:55:07

So, I guess they get credit for executing my order in a fast manner even though the lag in time between entering and beginning to process is slow. Both were NASDAQ trades by the way.
