Its simple. The Ten Commandments are the Commandments of an established religion. Therefor - no courtroom. How can my logic be weak when its the same logic of the Supreme Court? You want to stack the Supreme Court with a bunch of weak minded dogmatically thinking Christians. That’s the only way you'll get what you want.
