Sid: Thaks for the financial info. Good report. One thing not mentioned was the revenue breakout between 0.35 uCmos and larger sizes. The maket for 0.8, 0.6, and 0.5 fab process has cratered over the ast 12 months. One one my customers saw a 50% reduction in a 9 month period on 0.6 double metal but was having tough ime lining up any 0.35 capacity. I guess we'll see some advertising in EBN if much capacity opens up. I suspect the profits from the USC fab will pretty much tell the tale on 0.35 over the next 6 months. I think the advance commitments are still in place i.e. "take or pay". Ken
