don't want to twist what you say, was more a hint to the inner paradox. A monopoly has something together with economic centralism and even if it's not exploiting may be 'lazier'. But some say potential competition is enough as a force, which OTOH neglects barriers to market entry and the learning curve. But we can just leave the debate at its state for a while...
