You bring up some very good points, Bill. Another item I find very encouraging is Lev's comment, as reported on this thread, that they have 'programs' with various customers. I take this as further confirmation of his statement on the cc last summer to the effect that they were negotiating quantities, prices, and delivery schedules with customers. I think many of those details may already have been nailed down.
