It is an intellectually dishonest post.

The bottom was in October of 2002 with the S&P at 768. You could have invested for the long term as late as March 2003 with the S&P at 790.

There has been almost a 100% return in the last 5 years.

Yes, that is a great bull market.

But I'm sure you already knew this. <g>
