W has had the effect of elevating Reagan AND Carter in recent presidential rankings. He stinks SO badly, that Reagan looks good in comparison. It's takes a truly BAD president to not only invade a country for what turns out to be no reason at all at a ruinous cost, and follow that by collapsing the global economy and handing the next president the worst recession since the Great Depression! The Rs had elevated Reagan to sainthood as early as the 90s but with the discrediting of GW and so many tenets/policies/myths of GOPism, I think Reagan will be the next to fall.
