I don't see even the smallest fraction within the sane countries. They have no reason to abandon the Obama deal. This is the same as TPP. When the US pulled out, the EU, Japan, and China did a new agreement without the US. The US is irrelevant.

The EU will pass laws banning any company in the EU from submitting to US sanctions on Iran. They will follow the law.
