One question she will be asked during the hearings is whether, as head of the search committee for supreme court nominees, she ever asked any prior candidates about their position on Roe.

If she answers yes, that is proof of a litmus test and contradicts Bush's many statements on the matter. If she answers no, and some judge who was interviewed by her comes forward and contradicts her, she will be made out to be a liar.

I'm not sure I'd want to answer that question if I were her.
