"During 1999, Frontline closed several acquisitions in the Northeast area of the U.S., increasing its' access customer base to almost 15,000." FCCN seems stuck at 15,000 subscribers. In their Form 10-KSB, they noted that they had 15,000 subscribers as of March 2, 1999. If I am not mistaken, they have announced a couple acquisitions subsequent to the filing of the Form 10-KSB but they do not appear to have closed either of these transactions.
