I will try to respond to your Comments/ISSUES: (A) 1997 IS VERY relevant if Barry Gill is still touting and involved in this deal on a daily basis. He is banned until 2022 I think the year is and APEX could be HALTED in second if Barry is touting. I am still trying to verify his involvement with facts I can post. (B) I have seen too many friends lose a lot of money on what was perceived as a good spec stock but they didn't have a chance because of all the positive "spin" and back door deals on things. I merely try to level the playing field. (C) I do VERY well picking stocks. My track records is great. I also do well picking dogs and dogs with fleas. Pass the Raid please. (D) Friends have lost ALOT of money on this one. The last thing I want to see are people benefiting while investors that paid REAL $$ for shares get the short end of the stick. (E) After 30 years I won't hold my breath for an approval anytime soon. There is more than the CDN bureaucrats involved you have the Indians and everyone in between with their hands out. (F) The filings indicate the yare almost broke and OWE HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars and cannot even pay small bills. I heard that they laid off their SLC staff a few months back and were closing the office but nobody will confirm or deny anything. (G) As to the filings and fraud, who got 9 million shares as a consultant? (H) Who is getting $6500 a month for the furniture rental in the Vancouver office? What I mean is who is the beneficiary of the company that cashes the check? this I cannot find out. (I) If the WTRG lawsuit is chicken feed why will they not resolve it? Why wait months to pay bills? they don't go away if they are ignored. (J) Posting similar messages to keep the issue current is NOT a TOS violation. Others started the process. Go look at the history. I only want to keep the issue current. If the PUMPERS would lay off hiding the truth i would not need to keep the issue current. (K) Again $2300 is pittance, why doesn't someone write a check and et $0.05 cent stock as a 144 Private Placement? (L) As for debt, sure companies have debt but they paint such a rosey picture I just want all the facts presented. If I missed anything let me know.
