OK, I've reviewed my understanding of the English language and am getting back to you.

I don't think you've been honest with yourself and many of your followers.

Let's take a look at the NNVC/Theracour relationship as an example. To not admit that this isn't a way for Diwan to siphon off the funds from NNVC is just not being honest. How could Diwan take all that money out of NNVC with a clear conscious? How could any NNVC investor think this relationship is good for NNVC investors? If your argument is that it was set up that way to protect from a takeover, why doesn't Diwan stop taking the money or return it to NNVC and use the 30% clause only in the case of a takeover?

Will you dispute that the NNVC/Theracour relationship is somewhat suspect? No, of course you won't. So, in this case, you are being both dishonest AND incorrect.
