-- My gas mileage changes little from 55 to 70 mph. The flip side is it takes energy to build a hybrid (a lot), and initially dumping your SUV for a hybrid actually costs energy. The danger of idjits like me rampaging around wanting to DO things is it's easy to be non-productive, even apart from the Jarvon (sp?) paradox thing. It's mostly the failure to see the problem acknowledged that's so strange. As we here all know. We're not even being called crackpots, we're just mostly ignored. - Charles
