Doesn't Anthony @Pacific do pretty much the same thing as TokyoMex is apparently being accused of???....Doesn't he affect stocks too by using coordinated movement by his followers????...In my opinion, he certainly affected NAVR recently with what sure looked to me like coordinated short selling campaigns and a series of harassing and intimidating posts against longs on the NAVR thread...I don't see him getting looked at by the SEC....Why just TokyoMex???...Am I missing something here???
