Actually, when we go off island and stop at Safeway, we pay more than regular shoppers who have Safefway cards.

And when I take groups of local kids to swim in the public pool in Anacortes, we have to pay more than local residents pay.

If you don't like my motel example, how about the "kids fly free" promotions? I notice you didn't address those.
