What is your definition of serious buying? (At what daily trading volume would you consider IOMG starting to make its move)

I agree with you that it will take big news, like a serious 'buy' recommendation after some remarkable earnings announcement for Q3 to move this stock back onto people's hot lists.

Is IOMG considered a small-cap?
