Oh, so there were 60 Dem votes. So that takes away your argument that Obama couldn't have raised taxes on the rich because the republicans wouldn't let him. Right? Why do you guys always blame republicans for the poor policies your democrats always come up with? Obama is the one who extended the tax cuts for the rich. That is a fact.
