Well, since 7% of Israelis justified Goldstein's actions (not counting the one third of the population that at least understood the actions), and since his gravesite was turned into a shrine which large numbers of people visited daily, and since at his funeral it was stated by a rabbi that "one million Arab lives are not worth a Jewish fingernail", it's kind of difficult to say that Goldstein was the only fanatic in Israel.
