Insider trading (?): Just did a quick search for insider trading and came up with the following: Type C (chairman) Dollar Value of Transactions: $3,054,000 No of shares: 1,016,0001 Average price sold: 3.01 Date sold: 5/98 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Type: S (owner of more than 10%) Dollar Value of Transactions: 1,165,740 No of shares: 476,0001 - Average price sold: 2.45 Date sold: 6/98 I'm sure this has been discussed previously, and I will do more DD when I get home later tonight, but any info on these sales would be appreciated. biff
