Interesting. It was designed as a competing technology for ICBM, with high speed, and ICBM won that competition. This one has a different role. Low flying, sub-sonic. More like a unmanned submarine in the air (my guess). I think they need a method to for these to land back, to enable the escalation de-escalation cycle.
