Trump wanting 15% of the sale price for AI GPUs, would be like a tariff effect making AMD or Nv want to raise price by ... 15%. Trump has a habit of sticking his fingers into any pie available. Maybe the price paid won't go to him, rather tyhe US. Xi will understand he's paying an extra 15%.
