K.J. & ALL,

Talked and emailed with Michael at Global Games (GLOW). He had quite a few bits of information to put out. They are abbreviated as follows:

1. GLOW will have a section in its homepage to ease stockholders lack of knowledge at globalgames.com to mark news and events soon.

2. The press release, due to stockholders meeting next week wil be slated for April 21, 1997.

3. He said "What contest"...so I am not sure about that at this time.

4. Download for Bingo Game is around 11 minutes for 28.8K at this time.

5. There are 7 MMs working with GLOW at this time.

6. One licence agreement down and possibly one more before the end of April 97.

7. Licence costs...$1,000,000 fee broken into quarterly payments...with 50% (of net) royalties paid to GLOW.

8. Stockholders meeting will be on the 17th of April at 1:00pm, at the Mystic Lakes Hotel, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd., Prior Lake, MN 55372, telephone 612-496-7130.

9. The target range of this stock over the next period (???) of time is hopeful at $4.00 per share.

There is also a schedule of new games that will be made avalable with the next few months, but I will wait for the minutes of the stockholders meeting.

Is anyone going to this event? I have to be in Baltimore next Thursday to teach class...Hopefully we will be WELL represented.

Jeff
