I think VTSS will work between 15 1/2 and 21 should this advance
stop at 21. I would expect some lingering around 17 1/5 as well.
I am not of the opinion that this will happen yet, buy is certainly
one possible scenario. It is also entirely possible VTSS will
lingeraround 21 and advance much, much farther. But then, again,
when were those 2nd offering shares coming out? What do you think?
