Thanks. I am going to pursue all legal options open to me. It's not about the money with me. If I can afford it, I will try to revoke his license and put him out of practice. I consider this a public service rather than an act of vengeance. There are a few judges, lawyers, and law enforcement professionals in my neighborhood. I am going to reach out to them. They are in corporate law, so I don't expect much, but hopefully they will have some pointers for me.
As I recall the whole thing, it's strikes me as strange that he never signs his papers or emails, doesn't have his license and degree on display, and even his name is not advertised anywhere in his office (no business cards with his name on it). So now I am thinking that he may not even be licensed, or he may have had something shady in his past. He'd better pray that is not the case, because if it is, I will come down on him with a godly force! |
