I think we can let common sense be our guide here. If 50% of the Gates Foundation's grants go toward World Health, than at least 40% (that is, 20% of the total) of that money (child vaccination, HIV prevention, child and prenatal care), plus all the other grants, must be spent in Idaho to support your ludicrous claim. Individuals who make preposterous claims in their posts, without presenting a shred of supporting evidence (aside from their hazy personal recollections), are usually banking on the gullibility of readers; and in the hope that other more informed individuals will either be too lazy or unmotivated to call them on it. The onus here is not for me to show that the Gates Foundation does not spend 70% of its money in Idaho. The burden is on you as the original poster, to cite some evidence that it does. And if this level of (non-existent) research is typically your standard when posting, what weight should be given to any of your claims?
