There's no dilutions and no "cost" of options that are underwater.

who cares about underwater options, there are nearly 430 million options that ARE NOT underwater.... and diluting at this price....

and that doesn't count the options MSFT is granting right now.....

wait, there is more, MSFT could at any point "reissue" or "reprice" those out of the money options without a shareholder vote, causing even more dilution..... and they did......

but even if they didn't, those 430 million options are worth another $20 BILLION in dilution at todays prices, ontop of the $30 billion (at today's prices) in dilution they've added in the last five years......

anybody see a problem with a company that has $50 billion in assets, and $50 billion in dilution 2/3 of it completely realized as full dilution ON TOP of ALL BUY BACKS to date, and 1/3 coming soon????

the shareholders have gained ZERO value.......nothing.... and that is what you are seeing in the stock price declines....
