Greetings,

<<<WHO KNOWS WHAT THE FEDERAL COURT WILL DO.>>>

This is probably the most factual statement ever posted on this thread. Federal Judges have been known to do the strangest things. However, it appears that the instant situation would dictate that the judge hold someone in contempt, at the least. Of course, the judge might be feeling benevolent and grant a motion for an extension of time ... especially if he is apprised that forces are at work to drive the stock price down lower so that those who must cover are able to do so at a lower expense to themselves. When the judge understands that every decrease in price of ten cents will result in a cost reduction of $448,000.00 it could touch his heart and an extension would be granted, or maybe he would just decide that the poor folks who must cover/return have made an honest effort at getting the price driven down to where they will be able to save money and he'd allow a cash transfer of ... oh, say ... $500.00 and would forget the whole affair.

Then there is the Tooth Fairie, Santa Clause and the honest basher slasher burner and honest pumper dumper hypster.
